Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us within 7 days at support@claudialobao.com with your reason for return. 

If you REFUSE a shipment for an order that you placed on this website, standard shipping & handling/processing fees will apply for outbound shipment and inbound return, even if the item was sold as Free Shipping. Free Shipping only applies to completed orders that are not returned or refused. Standard rates are $10.00 per shipment. 

We can then issue a return authorization number (RA). To return your merchandise, please be advised that you must return your order within 14 days upon receipt of an RA number. Please ensure to mark the RA number clearly on this return form. 

Item must be returned in new and resalable condition. Sale items that have been discounted from the original retail price are non-returnable and sold “AS IS”.

ITEMS SOLD ON SALE OR WHICH ARE DISCOUNTED FROM THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PRICES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. SALE ITEMS ARE SOLD AT SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS AND THEY ARE FINAL SALES.

 

COUPONS WILL NOT APPLY APPLY ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS TO ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE. YOU MAY USE GIFT CARDS FREELY ANYWHERE ELSE  ON THIS  SITE. 

Shopclaudialobao.com is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please direct any additional questions to the returns department when requesting your RA number.

Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund less any shipping charge. 

Your account with shopclaudialobao.com will be credited or refunded for the amount of the purchase less standard shipping charges even if your item was shipped free of shipping charges. "Free Shipping" promotion is only valid for the initial purchase and not for subsequent purchases with the same credit. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value within the normal return period of 14 days, or a receive a store credit for the original purchase price.  Shipping charges will apply. Instructions for returning items is available on the www.shopclaudialobao.com website.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. EMAIL support@claudialobao.com and request an RA number
  2. Let us know the reason for the return.
  3. Shipping charges may apply.

 

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Claudia Lobao Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
