RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you purchased your Claudia Lobao product at a store or on-line merchant and wish to return your products to the point of purchase, please contact them directly as they have their own Return and Exchange Policy.
The Returns & Exchanges Policy below only reflect purchases made by you directly on the Claudia Lobao website, The Claudia Lobao Facebook shop, or the Claudia Lobao Instagram Shop.
Return Policy
You have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of your unworn, undamaged full priced product (does not apply to items on Sale - Sale items are Final and there are no Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges). Returning an item(s) requires an RA or email from us confirming the return. Claudia Lobao does not pay Return Shipping charges. We suggest that you use a trackable return shipping service as provided by USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for items that have been lost or deviated in return shipment to us (verify with your carrier if they include shipping insurance). Using a service that tracks your shipment ensures that you can confirm delivery when the item was received by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition. Claudia Lobao does not pay for return shipping.
We can then issue a return authorization number (RA) to you within the 30 days from the date that you purchased your product from Claudia Lobao. Once you are issued an RA by us, you have 14 days to return the item to us. If we do not receive the item within 14 days of the issuance of the RA, the Return will be cancelled and void. To return your merchandise, please be advised that you must return your order within 14 days upon receipt of an RA number.

Shipping Charges Policy
We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders (Domestic orders are any order that is shipped to any State in the USA. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.
The customer can select a paid shipping option at checkout if they prefer an expedited service. The Paid by Customer shipping charge is non-refundable. If the order is returned to us, the shipping charges will NOT be refunded. All shipping charges and shipping add-ons are non-refundable.
Example:
Customer purchases a product for $100.00 and selects the expedited service. An additional charge of $32.00 is added to the order total and the customer paid $132.00 for the order (plus sales tax if applicable). If the customer order is eligible for a return (discounted items that are on "sale", and Gift cards are non-refundable) the customer will be refunded $100.00 plus tax (if applicable). The shipping charge of $32.00 (and sales tax if applied to the shipping charge) will not be refunded.
Non-returnable items
Products that are on Sale which have been discounted from the original retail price are non-refundable and there are no Returns. In other words, there are no Refunds or Exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.
All discounted items that are marked as Sale items which are sold on SALE, Marked Down which are discounted are all Final sales without the possibility of exchange or refund except for items that are sold at regular prices and were purchased with a discount code, coupon, issued by Claudia Lobao. Items purchased with a discount code may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. (See: I purchased an item on your website and used a Discount Code, can I return it?)
I purchased an item on your website and used a Discount Code, can I return it?
Yes, items purchased with a Discount code or Promotional code that we issue to you may be returned to us. When you purchase a regularly priced item using a discount code that we generated then those products that were purchased at our regular retail prices with a discount code ARE eligible for refunds, exchanges or merchandise credit for the amount paid*.
* Example: The price for a pair of earrings that you want to purchase is $100.00 and it is not on sale on our website. You obtained a discount code from us, via our website or direct from us via email for 20%. Your purchase of the regularly priced item of $100.00 is eligible for returns or exchange as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If you selected an items that was on sale, part of our marked down section and used a discount code or not, that items is not eligible for Refund, Exchange or Return.
GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
The purchase if a Claudia Lobao e-Gift Cardin any denomination is non-refundale. Purchases of items that are not in Sale that you make using the Claudia Lobao e-Gift Card are Refundable.
Shopclaudialobao.com is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please direct any additional questions to the returns department when requesting your RA number.
Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund using the same payment form you used to make the purchase less any additional shipping charges if you elected expedited or supplemental shipping features that are not covered in our Free Shipping Policy.
What do I need to do to Return an item I Purchased at Claudia Lobao's website?
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When returning product to Claudia Lobao Designs please use a common carrier that issues a tracking number to you such as USPS, UPS, FedEx. We are not responsible for items that were damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less any shipping charge) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your item was a gift, you can either request that the refund be issued to the original purchaser and the refund if approved will be issued to the card holder who placed the order using the original payment method, or we can issue you a store credit for the purchase amount of the original order.

International Purchase Return Policy
This section applies only to customers who purchased products from our website and had it shipped outside of the United States of America.
We do not pay shipping charges or handling fees for return shipments. Any international return shipment must include Duties & Tariffs prepaid by the shipper (you the exporter) who is returning the item to us (shopclaudialobao). We do not accept packages that are: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any package that arrives DDU will be refused and returned to the exporter (you) at your expense. The Paid by Customer shipping charge is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Item must be returned in new and resalable condition.
We can then issue a return authorization number (RA). To return your merchandise, please be advised that you must return your order within 30 days upon receipt of an RA number. Please ensure to mark the RA number clearly on this return form.
Non-returnable items
All discounted items that are marked as Sale items which are sold on SALE, Marked Down and discounted are all Final sales without the possibility of exchange or refund.

Damages in Transit
Damages that occur in transit when your order has shipped are extremely rare, but If your order was damaged in transit, please take a photo of your package and damaged product and email it to us at support@claudialobao.com so that we can contact the courier.
